Job summary

ENCASA Asia Employment Services LLP is seeking a professional to supervise electrical works on site in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring timely completion, quality control, and compliance with drawings, codes and standards.

You will inspect materials, monitor contractor performance, prepare progress reports, coordinate meetings, maintain records, and assist the Electrical Engineer in project execution. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical works to ensure timely completion, quality control, and compliance with drawings, codes, regulations, and standards.
• Inspect materials and samples delivered to site and report non-compliance with specifications.
• Monitor contractor performance and progress against schedules, and prepare weekly progress reports.
• Monitor rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily resolved.
• Inspect site mock-ups where necessary.
• Witness tests to ensure compliance with approved method statements.
• Coordinate building services and attend site, progress, variation, and coordination meetings.
• Verify and maintain records of site variations, contractor reports, and claims.
• Assist the Electrical Engineer in project execution.
• Ensure installations have the necessary employer and relevant authority approvals and maintain proper records.
