Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a senior regulatory policy professional to lead market policy, spectrum policy, and regulatory reviews across the information, communications, and postal sectors. Qualifications

Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills for complex multi-party initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic policy design and reviews, including market/technology assessments and regulatory framework development.
Perform market reviews and assess merger & acquisition impacts with remedial policy actions.
Conduct economic, financial, and technology-impact analyses across telecom, media, and postal markets.
Design and implement market and spectrum policy, including 5G/6G considerations and spectrum allocation approaches.
