Job summary

The NHB National Heritage Board in Singapore seeks a Project Management & Sustainability Lead for the Founders’ Memorial project. You will drive development work on project management, sustainability and smart technologies adoption, coordinating with stakeholders, consultants and contractors to realise the Memorial’s vision and goals.

Qualifications

• Background in Project Management or Engineering, preferably in electrical or environmental sustainability.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in project management, sustainability, environmental management or smart technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive progress and delivery in project work, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead on user/partner interfacing planning and discussions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with consultants/contractors to identify and implement smart technologies for sustainability and efficiency.
• Develop sustainability plans, energy and waste management guidelines to minimise carbon footprint.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to stay abreast of heritage industry trends.
• Provide administrative support to the project and team.
