Our mission is to improve population health outcomes through innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. As healthcare continues to evolve, data will play a critical role in transforming how we deliver care, optimize operations, and improve patient outcomes.

Why This Role Matters

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking data leader to drive the use of advanced analytics, data science, and enterprise data platforms across the organisation.

This role goes beyond traditional reporting. You will help shape how data is governed, accessed, and leveraged to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across clinical, operational, and corporate domains.

  • Drive platform governance, optimisation, and future roadmap planning to ensure scalability, performance, and sustainability.
  • Champion data accessibility while maintaining strong governance, quality, and security standards.
  • Build organisational capabilities through workbench adoption, best practices, user enablement, and training.
Advance Analytics Across the Organisation
  • Design and deliver enterprise dashboards and visualisations that provide actionable insights across key domains including operations, finance, manpower, quality, safety, and patient care.
  • Support departments in developing scalable solutions for data collection, integration, cleansing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Promote self-service analytics capabilities that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions with confidence.
Enable Clinical Excellence
  • Support clinical teams with data analytics that improve quality of care, resource planning, service utilisation, and clinical outcomes.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to identify opportunities for improving care value and patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to population health initiatives through the use of predictive and descriptive analytics.
Build Analytics Capability
  • Mentor and develop junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and healthcare data science.
  • Drive adoption of modern analytical methodologies, tools, and technologies across the organisation.
Contribute to Research and Knowledge Sharing
  • Support operational and clinical research initiatives through robust analytical methodologies.
