Bank of China Singapore Branch seeks an Assistant Director for its Structured Finance Team within the Investment Banking Division to lead origination, structuring and execution of complex Project Finance and Structured Export Finance/ECA transactions for top-tier global clients.

The role requires fluent English and Mandarin, and a solid track record in project finance principles; you will work with IBD teams and RMs to tailor sophisticated financing solutions and manage risk across the deal life

Formación

Degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project and Structured Export Finance/ECA.
Fluent in English; Mandarin required to liaise with clients based in China.

Responsabilidades

Drive origination and execution of Project Financing, Structured Export Financing and ECA; oversee portfolio and client relationships.
Advise, structure and execute complex financing solutions with Corporate Banking RMs and Product teams.
Contribute to hedging solutions as part of aforementioned transactions.
Prepare term sheets, credit memos, financial models and internal approvals.
Manage overall risk profile of assets and monitor client/project conditions.
