Qualifications

• At least 12–15 years of work experience; prior relevant experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in business development and programme/operations management.
• Confident and proactive with demonstrated dynamism and resourcefulness in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in executing GIFTS’ strategies.
• Lead partnerships with government agencies and corporate partners.
• Oversee initiatives enhancing student engagement and career readiness.
• Ensure financial sustainability through corporate funding relationships.
• Manage communication strategies to position GIFTS effectively.
