Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Experience in programme management, higher education administration or related field.
• Ability to manage complex programmes with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across academic, administrative and external groups.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience leading operations with focus on quality, service, compliance and improvement.
• Experience supervising staff and leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of Part-Time Work-Study undergraduate programmes, including admissions and graduation-related processes.
• Support launch and delivery of new programmes and future portfolio offerings.
• Collaborate with Colleges, Schools and central units to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.
• Lead development of new programme proposals with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support outreach, recruitment events and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Oversee reporting, data consolidation, quality assurance and accreditation-related processes.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support relevance and institutional objectives.
• Lead and supervise a small team with direction and performance oversight.
