Job description

What the role is:

You assist in various aspects of Human Resource Management in Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), ranging from Performance Management, Succession Planning, Resource and Allocation, Regimentation and Discipline, to Personnel Administration and Welfare Matters in matters pertaining to TRADOC entities, Overseas Training Centres, and the Army Training Hub.
