Job summary

Health Promotion Board (HPB) invites a senior planning professional to join the Planning, Performance & Screening Division in Singapore. You will collaborate with national health stakeholders to shape screening policies and align with Healthier SG objectives, translating strategy into actionable plans and evaluating impact.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making using Python and R, horizon scanning for new opportunities, and coordination across Ministries and public healthcare

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in policy review, strategic planning or related fields.
• Experience supervising teams (at least 2 years).
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Familiar with evaluation methodologies in public health.
• Ability to translate policy into actionable frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Foster strategic partnerships with healthcare sector stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Ministry of Health on national screening priorities.
• Engage Public Healthcare Institutions on future models and reporting.
• Lead cross-agency workgroups for screening policy implementation.
• Translate policies into operational frameworks aligned with transformation goals.
• Conduct horizon scanning and identify opportunities for collaborations.
• Analyze data with teams to extract insights and guide decisions.
