Job summary

The Health Promotion Board (HPB) in Singapore is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented professional to join the Strategic Planning & Collaborations (SPC) Division. You will coordinate information exchange with local and international partners, support secretariat duties, and assist in corporate planning and KPI monitoring to drive the Board’s health strategy.

With at least 3 years of relevant experience in planning, collaboration or public health, you will excel in a fast‑paced environment,

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant working experience in planning and/or collaboration work or public health experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships and coordinate information exchange with HPB's local and international partners (including MOH, WOG agencies, WHO, and academia).
• Support secretariat duties and reporting to management, Board of Directors and MOH.
• Assist Division partners in corporate planning processes and KPI monitoring.
