Job summary

Science Centre Singapore is seeking an experienced Assistant Director, Digital Synthesis to drive AI and data analytics in strengthening internal operations and decision-making. You will identify high-impact use cases, including dashboards and automation, to improve staff productivity and organisational effectiveness.

You will lead data engineering, analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and data visualisation while ensuring governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI, Analytics, Engineering or Statistics.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, AI adoption, digital transformation, and ICT delivery.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams delivering enterprise data or AI-enabled productivity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the AI and Data workplan aligned with organisational goals.
• Oversee data engineering, analytics, ML, generative AI, data visualisation and intelligent internal tools.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to build data, AI and digital capability, playbooks and governance.
