Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day club operations
• Handle membership enquiries, sign-ups, payments, follow-ups and general member requests
• Support the club's membership and PT sales targets
• Follow up with leads and prospects consistently
• Engage in sales conversations and ask for the sale
• Maintain strong relationships with existing members and create a positive club environment
• Keep the club organised, presentable and running smoothly
• Support the Club Manager with daily operations and team coordinationBe comfortable being in front of the camera for social media and club content
• Support the team and interact with members on a daily basis
