The individual will help the CEO stay focused on priorities by ensuring that important actions, decisions, follow-ups, and cross-functional initiatives are well coordinated and progressed.

Over time, the role can develop into a broader mid-level position in areas such as strategy, operations, partnerships, programme management, or the CEO/leadership office , depending on strengths and organisational needs.
