Job summary

ADIRECT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a buttcher helper to cut and portion meat, assist daily operations, and maintain inventory. The role emphasizes accuracy, hygiene, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knife skills and familiarity with slicers are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cut and portion raw meat into various sizes using knives or slicers.
• Assist the butcher team with daily operations, including system data entry, vacuum sealing, packing, boxing, product organisation and order fulfilment.
• Organise and maintain meat inventory to ensure accurate stock records and proper storage.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and comply with food safety, hygiene and handling standards.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
