Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Branch Manager to join our team to help us with our mission of providing good and hassle‑free service to customers and improving sales at the branch.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Branch Manager, the incumbent will support the branch manager on the day‑to‑day operations, monitor, coordinate, oversee staff deployment, ensure proper outlet management and cash reconciliation at the branch and utilize resources efficiently.

However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in personnel management or customer service, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• You will handle public feedback and staff problems, monitor, coordinate and oversee staff performance and deployment at branches.
• You will ensure good customer service standard at the branch.
• You will perform cash reconciliation against sales, certify and monitor staff attendance, manage overtime claims, incentive payments, relief counter and stock management.
• You will identify repairs required and recommend area for improvement and work closely with Facilities Management.

Who You Are

• You will need a Diploma, preferably in Business or related field.
• You will need at least 2 years of retail management experience and experience in managing a retail store.
• You should have managerial/supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team.
• You should have cash handling experience.
• You will need to be computer literate.
• You should be able to work on weekends and PH and perform shift hours.
