Job summary

P+A Projects Pte Ltd is seeking a senior BIM Manager to lead BIM-driven projects in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with industry standards and develop robust BIM Execution Plans across IDD, VDC, and IPD frameworks.

You will generate clash reports, coordinate with clients and consultants, and drive multidisciplinary coordination including 4D and 5D processes. The role also focuses on team mentorship and BIM strategy guidance.

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in BIM or Architecture degree.
• At least 4 years BIM management experience.
• Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.
• Strong drive for continual improvement.
• Comprehensive knowledge of BIM processes, tools and technologies.

• Lead BIM-focused projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
