Job summary

Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd is seeking a contract-based position to address product and application enquiries, deliver technical support, and train customers on product use. The role emphasizes on-site service, testing, and close collaboration with sales teams.

The 1-year contract is convertible, with incentives and opportunities to enhance process efficiency. AWS experience could be a plus within the team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle product and application enquiries from sales representatives and customers.
• Provide product information, technical support and troubleshooting.
• Conduct product application testing and troubleshooting.
• Provide on-site customer support, including system setup, adjustment and fine-tuning.
• Conduct post-sales product/application training for customers.
• Prepare and update training manuals and technical documentation.
• Support sales representatives during customer presentations when required.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance department efficiency.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
