Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Account Associate to manage a client portfolio and ensure timely preparation of accounting records, management reports, financial statements and compliance submissions.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Xero, and advanced Excel skills. You will liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• ACCA/CPA/ICAEW or equivalent is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in professional services or outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries.
• Prepare and review full sets of accounts per applicable standards.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare management accounts and financial statements with supporting schedules.
• Review general ledger transactions and investigate discrepancies.
