CANWORKONE.SG EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Assistant Academy Manager for our Singapore music education academy.

You will support daily operations, manage front-of-house tasks and help drive student enrollment and customer experience. In this role, you will coordinate with Academy Manager, teachers and families, oversee lesson schedules, handle enrolment activities and contribute to business growth while maintaining high service standards and a positive learning environment for

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in education, enrichment, retail, hospitality, customer service or operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with confidence engaging parents and students.
• Comfortable with sales, enrolment targets and customer retention.
• Weekend and evening availability in line with academy hours.
• Passion for music, education or working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Academy Manager in day-to-day operations of the academy.
• Oversee the smooth running of lessons, student schedules and front-of-house activities.
• Engage with parents and students, addressing enquiries, feedback and service-related matters.
• Assist in student enrolment, renewals and retention including follow-ups with families.
• Work towards enrolment and sales targets and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in managing and motivating academy staff to maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate with teachers to ensure a positive learning experience for students.
• Monitor attendance, schedules, student records and operational matters.
• Handle administrative duties, reporting and basic sales/operational tracking.
• Assist with academy events, promotions and initiatives to drive engagement.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Step in to oversee the academy in the absence of the Academy Manager.

They are looking for a driven and people-oriented Assistant Academy Manager to support the daily operations of our academy and contribute to student enrollment, customer experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Academy Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the academy.
• Oversee the smooth running of lessons, student schedules and front-of-house activities.
• Engage with parents and students, addressing enquiries, feedback and service-related matters professionally.
• Support student enrolment, renewals and retention, including following up with prospective and existing families.
• Work towards enrolment and sales targets and identify opportunities to grow the academy.
• Assist in managing and motivating academy staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
• Coordinate with teachers to ensure a smooth and positive learning experience for students.
• Monitor attendance, schedules, student records and other operational matters.

Requirements

• ITE, Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, Hospitality, Retail or a related discipline preferred, not a must
• 2-4 years of experience in education, enrichment, retail, hospitality, customer service or operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with confidence engaging parents and students.
• Comfortable with sales, enrolment targets and customer retention.
• Comfortable working weekends and evenings, in line with academy operating hours.
• Candidates with a passion for music, education or working with children will have an added advantage. (again, not a must)
