Job summary

Cold Storage Singapore (1983) PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Loss Prevention Executive to safeguard assets, reduce shrinkage, and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and staff. You will monitor store operations, investigate incidents, and implement strategies to minimize theft and fraud.

Reporting to store management, you will conduct audits, oversee CCTV, educate staff, and liaise with authorities when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Security Mgmt, or related field.
• Prior experience in retail loss prevention, security, or law enforcement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily store operations to identify risks.
• Enforce loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits of cash handling, inventory, and security system.
• Oversee CCTV and monitoring systems to detect suspicious activities.
• Investigate theft, fraud, and policy violations; prepare incident reports.
