AstraZeneca Singapore Pte Ltd invites applications for Engineering Specialist - Asset Management. Based on our Singapore campus, this role acts as the technical authority to turn complex equipment into reliable assets powering our manufacturing and supply network.

Reporting to the Director Asset Management & Maintenance, you will drive lifecycle management, data analytics, and lean improvements to reduce downtime, improve yield, and lower cost of ownership, while ensuring compliance with cGMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Experience in project management is essential.
• Solid understanding of cGMP, SHE standards, SOPs and local regulations.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in managing small groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Own asset lifecycle management and reliability improvements.
• Provide technical consultancy for equipment and systems.
• Plan and deliver projects from concept to implementation.
• Prepare start-up readiness and handover to operations.
• Drive data analytics and lean improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
• Maintain governance documents and asset status reports.
