Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Assembler/Fitter to join our on-site team at Joo Koon. You will assemble and adjust mechanical components, check alignment and torque, and ensure quality through basic measurements.

Candidates should read simple drawings, use micrometers, gauges, and dial indicators, and be prepared for OT from Mon-Fri plus Saturday. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly or fitting.
• Able to read simple technical drawings and work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical parts and equipment according to work instructions.
• Install and adjust mechanical components correctly.
• Perform alignment and levelling of equipment.
• Tighten bolts and screws according to the required torque.
• Use tools such as micrometers, gauges, dial indicators and precision levels.
• Check measurements and ensure parts are assembled accurately.
• Check for defects such as misalignment, scratches, abnormal movement or noise.
• Complete quality check records and reports.
• Report any mechanical problems to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean.
• Follow company SOPs and work instructions

Job description

Basic Salary : $2800 - $3200 (Depends on Experience)

Working Day : Mon - Fri, 8am-5.30pm

OT: Mon-Fri - 2 hours, Sat - full day

Working Location: Joo Koon
