Job summary

Crown Worldwide Group in Singapore seeks an ASRS Operations Specialist to oversee the four-way shuttle system for records management, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient daily operations.

You will manage inbound storage and outbound retrieval, maintain carton location records across WMS/WCS, monitor alarms, and coordinate service with vendors, while upholding safety, quality and service levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in logistics, warehousing, mechatronics, automation or related discipline.
• About five years of experience in automated warehousing or ASRS operations.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/WCS interfaces and inventory control practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, start up and shut down the ASRS per procedures.
• Manage end-to-end movement of records cartons into/out of the ASRS.
• Prioritize retrieval and put-away to meet service levels.
• Monitor system queues, throughput, alarms and exceptions.
• Coordinate service calls with vendors and maintain incident logs.
