Job summary

Seagate Technology in Singapore seeks a Staff Logistics Analyst to support warehouse and logistics operations, focusing on inventory accuracy, 3PL coordination, and analytics for ASRS 4WS projects. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and data-driven improvement.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, Warehousing, you will contribute to budget tracking, KPI reporting, and the rollout of new warehouse initiatives across the site in Woodlands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or O-Level / SPM equivalent.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies.
• Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for inventory and performance monitoring.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process discipline

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations managed by the 3PL.
• Coordinate with the 3PL provider on daily activities, issue resolution, and service performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and warehouse suppliers on warehouse services and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across the warehouse and ASRS 4WS through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits.
• Build dashboards and reports using Excel, WMS, and ASRS data to support data-driven decision-making for warehouse operations.
• Track and report on operational KPIs, flagging anomalies or trends that require corrective action.
• Support annual budget planning for warehouse operations, including manpower, equipment, and maintenance costs.
• Track actuals spend against budget, highlighting variances and cost-saving opportunities.
