Job summary

Ley Choon Group Holdings Ltd in Singapore seeks an Assistant Engineer to support asphalt R&D, QA/QC, and site testing. You will coordinate laboratory trials, analyse results, and help improve production processes in a hands-on lab and site environment.

Fresh graduates with a civil/materials background are welcome. Training will be provided to develop technical knowledge, with a 6-day work week and an office location at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore 729556.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related.
• Interest in asphalt technology, construction materials, lab testing, and applied R&D.
• Willingness to perform hands-on lab work and site testing when required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support asphalt R&D, laboratory testing, QA/QC activities.
• Coordinate lab and plant trials, analyse test results, monitor quality.
• Assist in developing asphalt mixtures and process improvements.
• Prepare test reports and communicate findings to teams.
• Assist in site testing activities and data collection.
