The role covers daily food preparation, inventory control, and staff supervision, with emphasis on traditional techniques such as wok cooking, steaming, grilling, and noodle preparation. Candidate must lead teams and uphold safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' hotel experience in local cuisines or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, equipment, and best practices.
• Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
• Able to work on 2 shift work.
• Working location at Orchard Area, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Asian dishes with traditional techniques.
• Organize ingredients, stocks, and sauces before service.
• Supervise staff, train juniors, and maintain kitchen workflow.
• Monitor taste, texture, and presentation to meet standards.
