Job summary

Qualifications

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for proactively developing and executing on a business strategy to grow our brand and presence and capabilities across Asia Wealth, including Global Financial Institutions, Private Banks and select Family Offices with a primary focus on the Singapore and Southeast Asia regions. You will provide the highest level of sales coverage, grow and deepen relationships, and provide investment insights & access across distributor partnerships.


You will also be involved in identifying and attending relevant industry conferences, collaboration across the Asia and Global Wealth groups, and provide the required regulatory and client reporting needs of Wealth distributors.


What you offer


  • History of business development success and 10+ years of sales/relationship management industry related experience across the Asia Wealth market

  • Proven ability to create a strategic plan, identify key decision-makers, and develop meaningful relationships whilst managing concurrent initiatives with varying priorities

  • Track record of converting relationships to flows and growing AUM in flagship investment products with the ability to pivot and cross-sell into additional investment capabilities

  • Ability to translate investment details and explain complex concepts in an appropriate manner digestible by the Wealth market. Fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous as Singapore continues to evolve in becoming an important Wealth hub for the China market

  • Team mentality and approach to build – all to effectively manage internal stakeholders, cross functional teams, investment teams, and global coverage group.
