Job summary

GE HealthCare Singapore seeks a Category Manager to lead sourcing and category management for Asia Total Rewards and HR Operations, with potential support for other regions and global initiatives.

You will develop category strategies, lead negotiations, and drive cost optimization, service quality and risk management while coordinating with Legal, Privacy and Cybersecurity colleagues to address contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering or related field; equivalent degree considered.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or category management in large, complex organizations; experience with Total Rewards and HR Operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and category management for Asia, with potential support for other regions and global initiatives.
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business priorities, market dynamics and risk considerations.
• Analyze regional spend and market trends to identify opportunities and deliver measurable cost optimization and service improvements.
• Own supplier negotiations, contracting and governance, ensuring appropriate commercial terms and risk controls.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy and Cybersecurity and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective contract coverage.
