Job summary

ERM seeks a senior leader to spearhead the Technology Sector Safety Service Area across Asia, building and growing an accurate Safety sales pipeline and driving top-line revenue to meet budgets and growth ambitions.

You will spend significant time engaging clients to identify and advance opportunities, deliver high-profile projects, and drive innovation that enhances safety performance and market value across ERM’s Asia footprint.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert with proven track record of helping clients improve compliance and/or EHS/ESG performance in operating assets.
• Fluency across ERM’s Safety Service Area and strategic Industries.
• Ability to take end-to-end ERM safety offerings to market.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across cultures, geographies, experience levels, and demographics.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with diverse client and ERM stakeholders.
• Ability to build cohesive, agile, high-performing teams.
• Excellent time management and responsiveness.
• Ability to frame complex issues and articulate complex concepts simply.
• Experience and comfort with senior-level client contacts and client-facing activities.
• Comfortable with public speaking engagements, including events, conferences, and panels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technology Sector Safety Service Area across Asia.
• Build, maintain, and grow an accurate Safety sales pipeline.
• Drive top-line Safety sales to deliver Asia budgets and growth ambitions.
• Spend over 50% of time engaging clients to identify, advance, lead, and win opportunities.
• Deliver high-profile project work and generate personal revenue.
• Maximize win rates and drive diversity of opportunities across Safety sub-services.
• Drive revenue growth and backlog conversion in Asia through ERM’s delivery ecosystem.
• Improve service rates and market value through innovation.
• Report to the Asia Regional Commercial Director and work closely with the Global Service Lead.
• Refine and implement global and regional Safety strategies.
• Gather client insights, reframe services, and identify emerging areas for investment.
• Scale service innovations and develop and execute business plans.
• Create integrated, end-to-end offerings with other Service Area RSLs.
• Coordinate Service Area innovations with Global and Regional Technical Community initiatives.
• Take major Safety programs to market and support opportunity pursuits.
• Collaborate with Account Directors, Account Managers, Global Industry Leaders, and Business Unit Partners.
• Identify and grow Safety opportunities within client accounts.
• Share best practices, innovations, and commercial successes across teams and business units.
• Develop and scale Safety leadership across Asia.
• Connect Safety with ERM’s broader purpose.
• Build hiring plans aligned with Safety growth plans and coordinate with operational and talent teams.
• Inform acquisition strategy and participate in due diligence as requested.
• Increase ERM’s presence at high-impact Safety events and conferences.
• Develop and distribute Safety-related content and marketing collateral.
• Run proprietary ERM Safety events across Asia.
• Develop internal training and awareness materials.
