Job summary

STS Marine Solutions Ltd. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to plan and coordinate equipment, support vessels and personnel for ship-to-ship operations worldwide.

You will act as a bridge between clients, marine assets and operations teams to ensure safe, compliant and timely execution. The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a high-energy environment.

• Prioritize HSE and company values in daily operations.
• Coordinate travel for essential personnel to operations.
• Maintain data in scheduling tools for accurate invoicing.
• Secure MM approvals with customers as needed.
• Communicate weather impacts and possible delays to customers.
• Manage customer and vessel operation files.
• Share weekend coverage across operations team members.
• Plan client meetings and marketing events.
• Attend industry seminars as required.
• Assist in invoicing of operations and asset allocation to support teams.
