ANALOG DEVICES INTERNATIONAL, LLC SINGAPORE BRANCH seeks a highly experienced senior leader to manage Asia-based manufacturing partners and vendors, driving cost reductions and efficiency improvements across product, test, planning and quality functions.

The role focuses on leading a team to achieve on-time delivery, optimal production yields, and successful collaboration with OSAT partners for semiconductor manufacturing in the Asia region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or semiconductor manufacturing-related area.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience leading teams to deliver successful NPI releases for production.
• Proven track record of managing product development, OSAT collaboration and cost/yield optimization.

Responsabilités

• Manage all Asia-based manufacturing partners and vendor relationships.
• Drive cost reductions and improve operation and manufacturing efficiency.
• Oversee Product, Test, Planning and Quality functions to support offshore manufacturing test vendors (wafer test, assembly, final test).
• Lead quality issue resolution from vendors and customers.
• Drive projects to improve yields and reduce costs; coordinate engineering, planning, and sales order entry to meet on-time delivery goals.
