Job summary

Flight Centre in Singapore seeks a regional procurement expert to shape and embed the procurement framework, sourcing strategy and third-party risk management across Asia. You will lead non-travel procurement in the region and collaborate with Global Supply, regional CFOs and senior leaders to drive change and best practice.

You will shape Asia's procurement outcomes, leverage RFx and supplier negotiations, and coach teams across the region to deliver value while managing risk.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification and certification in Procurement.
• 5+ years’ experience in a large multinational.
• Strong knowledge of procurement technology and emerging solutions.
• Proven ability to take strategy through to implementation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Influencing and coaching skills, with the confidence to challenge senior management.
• A collaborative approach built on respect and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver the Asia procurement strategy, aligned to global priorities.
• Lead third-party risk management and supplier master data frameworks for the region.
• Drive commercial outcomes through RFx, negotiation and contract lifecycle management.
• Partner with Legal, Financial Crime Compliance, Sustainability, Security and Privacy teams.
• Lead, coach and develop everyone who does procurement work across Asia.
• Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, challenging the status quo to deliver value and manage risk.
