Job summary

CADMUS RESOURCES is seeking a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to lead our Singapore-headquartered organization. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, oversee P&L, and drive sustainable growth across key Asian markets.

• Substantial senior leadership experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
• A proven track record of P&L ownership and business performance.
• Strong strategic, commercial and operational capabilities across multiple functions.
• Experience growing businesses in China and across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and work with the Board to define long-term strategy.
• Oversee P&L, revenue growth, profitability and value creation.
• Build and mentor the senior management team across functions.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities with new/existing customers and markets.
• Strengthen competitive positioning and key customer relationships.
• Align commercial, technology and manufacturing strategies for excellence.
• Develop leadership and succession planning to support growth.
• Engage with the Board on performance, initiatives and risks.
• Travel regularly within Asia, including China.
