Job summary

Shiseido is seeking a Regional Talent and Organisational Development Intern for Asia Pacific to gain hands-on experience shaping employee engagement, learning experiences, and culture across the region.

You will design T&OD collateral, support communications, analyse feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global beauty company with a heritage of over 150 years.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva with the ability to create appealing communication materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of T&OD initiative, employee engagement activities and events.
• Design and develop engaging T&OD collaterals, presentation decks, infographics and digital content.
• Create communication materials, videos, and visual assets for employee engagement campaigns, Townhalls, learning initiatives, and employer branding.
• Contribute to organisational development projects that enhance workplace culture, employee engagement and employee experience.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to support T&OD initiatives.
• Analyse participation data, survey feedback and engagement insights to support continuous initiatives’ effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on change management, communication and T&OD projects.
• Provide project coordination support to regional TOD programs and activities.

What You’ll Do

You will:
