Shiseido Company, Limited in Singapore invites a Regional Corporate Communications & Sustainability Intern to work with APAC market communications. You'll research, develop and implement ongoing communications and sustainability initiatives, and help craft stories for employee engagement and intranet.

You'll collaboratively create assets like slide decks, EDMs, posters and videos, liaise with stakeholders, support events, monitor media trends, and align with brand guidelines across the region.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Communications, Business or Social Sciences.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Canva preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilités

What You'll Do

As a Regional Corporate Communications & Sustainability Intern, you will w ork closely with Asia Pacific (APAC) market communications teams to research, develop and implement ongoing communications and sustainability initiatives, w rite impactful stories and articles for employee engagement activities and the company’s intranet, d evelop internal and external communications assets including (but not limited to) slide decks, EDMs, posters, videos etc., to support business communications, l iaise with stakeholders within and outside of Shiseido based on project requirements, o rganise and support internal events within Shiseido, and r esearch, monitor and update the communications team on market trends and stakeholder insights relevant for Shiseido’s business.

You will:

Develop communications content and assets to support business communication to employees and for external stakeholders. Communication materials include event communications, intranet articles, talking points, storyboards, and corporate announcements.

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of external and internal events/initiatives through effective project management and communication.

External events/initiatives include but are not limited to Lavender Ring, mentorship programmes etc.) with external stakeholders

Internal events/initiatives include but are not limited to townhalls, International Women’s Day, and our annual volunteer initiative Shiseido Camellia Day

Conduct research and monitor relevant media/industry trends to identify opportunities for communication and corporate/brand reputation building

Collaborate with markets and relevant regional internal and external stakeholders to implement key communication and sustainability initiatives across the region. Ensuring continued alignment with corporate brand guidelines and global/regional strategic plans.

Who We're Looking For

• Undergraduate with background in Communication Studies, Business or Social Sciences preferred
• Strong communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English
• Multimedia design skills for content creation such as EDMs, video, intranet articles etc. Familiarity with Canva preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Team-player with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to build trusted relationships
