KULICKE & SOFFA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Payroll Leader to oversee Asia-Pacific payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant delivery while driving governance, vendor management, and process improvements.

The role partners with HR, Finance, and Legal to enable strategic payroll initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, manage outsourced providers, and drive payroll transformation across the region, including

Qualifications

Degree with minimum of 10 years of progressive regional payroll experience.
3–4 years in a managerial or leadership role within a multinational or SSC.
Experience across multiple Asia-Pacific countries preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead payroll operations across Asia, ensuring compliant, timely, and confidential delivery.
Oversee outsourced payroll partnerships, governance, risk, and performance.
Drive payroll strategy, standardization, automation, and transformation initiatives.
Manage payroll-related financial reporting, including equity administration and statutory reporting.
Partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Global Compensation & Benefits on payroll matters.
Lead payroll projects, audits, and continuous improvement efforts.
