Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate in Asia Fixed Income / Fixed Income Finance Middle Office to serve as a liaison between front office, technology, and operations. You will investigate inquiries, monitor trade flows, perform reconciliations and settlements, and understand our trading platforms in a fast-paced environment.

You will support trade orders, develop market knowledge, and contribute to automation to improve efficiency and accuracy across trading and back-office processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Support / Operations / Middle Office within financial services.
• Baseline knowledge of trading services, order execution and trade settlement.

Responsibilities

• Support trade orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless flow to back-office systems.
• Develop knowledge of market products to understand each deal and optimize the trading platform.
• Develop and apply automation technologies to support trade processing, including settlements, P&L, and confirmations.
• Participate in change management initiatives to minimize disruption and facilitate transitions.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose data-driven improvements.
