Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-touch client events consistent with brand standards.
• Apply Asia knowledge of cities, venues and trends to tailor formats and experiences.
• Manage end-to-end operations: calendars, budgets, vendor contracts, invoices, risk/compliance.
• Oversee onsite delivery: speaker/VIP management, vendor coordination, registration, AV needs.
• Run event communications via the events platform: invitations, microsites, reminders, follow-ups.
• Provide concise updates in team forums and support special projects as needed.
• Travel across Asia to provide on-site event support.
