Job summary

Wellington Management in Singapore is seeking a Relationship Analyst for a six-month contract to support wealth client relationships within the Southeast Asia team. The role involves assisting with business development, relationship management, and client servicing across a portfolio of wealth accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in analytical roles in investment, direct buy-side experience in Southeast Asia preferred, and a Bachelor's degree with CFA progress considered an asset.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant analytical experience in the investment industry.
• Direct buy-side experience supporting Wealth client relationships in Southeast Asia preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered.
• Bachelor's degree with preference for post-graduate work or CFA in progress.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting support – qualify opportunities, coordinate RFPs, pitch materials, and follow ups.
• Coordinate client/prospect meetings – materials, briefing notes, and meeting notes.
• Respond to client/prospect inquiries on product, portfolio, market content, and servicing.
• Build internal network relationships and collaborate with portfolio services, legal/compliance, and product management.
• Communicate client expectations to internal teams like portfolio management and trading.
