Job summary

Pictet is seeking an Alternative Investments Analyst for a 6-12 month contract in Singapore. The role supports the Asia-based Alternative Investments team with marketing materials, client reporting, and analytics across hedge funds, private equity and private real estate investments.

Responsibilities include preparing client proposals, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in client reporting, administration, marketing materials prep or similar support roles.
• Strong interest in economics, financial markets and alternative investments.
• Advanced MS Office skills; able to handle data and produce client-ready documents.
• Experience using AI tools and automation.
• Excellent English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating marketing materials and presentations for Asia.
• Coordinate client and prospect meetings, roadshows and events.
• Prepare client reports, investment proposals and pitch books.
• Analyze managers, strategies, performance and peer groups across hedge funds, private equity and private real estate.
• Support monitoring of underlying investments and client portfolios.
• Maintain internal databases, trackers and filing systems for marketing materials.
• Collaborate with investment teams, relationship managers, compliance, and operations.
• Take on ad hoc projects including process improvements and new product launches.
