Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems (Singapore) Pte Ltd. seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive design-in activity and revenue growth across assigned customers and regions in ASEAN.

You will collaborate with product marketing and engineering to capture market trends and customer requirements, while developing strong relationships with strategic accounts. The role requires a technical engineering background and the ability to interface with executive teams, supporting MPS’s leadership position

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of target customers, industry trends and ASEAN market landscape.
• Proven ability to grow design wins, revenue and customer relationships.
• Ability to interface with MPS executive staff and product divisions.
• Self-motivated to work as an individual sales contributor.

• Drive all design-in activity and wins within assigned customer accounts and geographies.

• Indirect management of channel partners supporting MPS products.
