Job summary

KRIS INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced AS400 COBOL developer to design, implement and maintain mainframe-based software solutions for the banking and payments sector. The role requires collaboration within a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality functionality.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of AS400 COBOL experience, a degree in CS/IT, and proficiency in SQL/DB2. Strong communication across organizational levels is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology is required.
• 5–8 years of AS400 COBOL development experience.
• Experience in banking domain, especially payments.
• Working knowledge of AS400, COBOL, SQL and DB2 database.
• Awareness of JIRA and ALDON in the software delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients at multiple levels.

Qualifications And Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• 5 - 8 years of AS400 COBOL development experience.
• Experience in banking domain, especially in payments domain.
• Working knowledge of AS400, COBOL, SQL and DB2 database.
• Awareness of JIRA and ALDON Involved in complete software delivery lifecycle, and maintaining AS400 applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle communication at different levels and diverse population.
• Experience in working closely with clients providing required service.
