IntelliPro Group is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Scientist to research, develop, and optimize AI models and intelligent agents with a focus on language models, reinforcement learning, automated code generation, and GPU optimization.

The role involves designing AI agents, building data pipelines, and evaluating model performance to boost accuracy and efficiency. A strong background in AI research and hands-on experience with GPU-accelerated systems are required.

Qualificações

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with AI agents, agentic reasoning, and synthetic data pipelines.
• Proficiency in advanced reasoning models, automated code generation, and AI systems optimization.
• Knowledge of GPU computing, compiler optimization, and AI infrastructure.
• Experience with open-source AI frameworks and model development tools.
• Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades
