IntelliPro Group is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Scientist to research, develop, and optimize AI models and intelligent agents. The role focuses on language models, reinforcement learning, automated code generation, and GPU optimization to boost performance and efficiency.

Candidates should hold a Master’s or Ph.D. in CS/AI/ML, with at least 3 years of experience in AI agents, synthetic data pipelines, and AI infrastructure.

Qualificações

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with AI agents, agentic reasoning, and synthetic data pipelines.
• Proficiency in advanced reasoning models, automated code generation, and AI systems optimization.
• Knowledge of GPU computing, compiler optimization, and AI infrastructure.
• Experience with open-source AI frameworks and model development tools.
• Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize AI models using supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and synthetic data generation to enhance model accuracy and robustness
• Design AI agents and reasoning frameworks to automate code generation and solve complex problems efficiently
• Build and maintain data pipelines and simulation environments to improve AI model performance and generalization
• Research and implement GPU performance optimization techniques and compiler-assisted AI systems engineering to boost computational efficiency
• Evaluate AI model performance continuously to improve reasoning, execution speed, and resource efficiency
• Contribute to AI research initiatives, technical innovation, and open-source AI projects to advance the field
