Job summary

PESTIMESH PTE. LTD. invites an architecture intern to join our Tai Seng office for hands-on experience in architectural design, drafting, and project coordination. You will work with senior designers to translate concepts into precise drawings.

During the internship, you will assist with floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction documents, while learning to read plans and communicate clearly within a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Architecture, Building, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; SketchUp or Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural floor plans and technical drawings.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive architecture intern to join our team at our Tai Seng office. This internship offers hands-on experience in real-world architectural design, drafting, and project coordination. You will work closely with senior designers to translate creative concepts into clear, technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and preparing architectural drawings, floor plans, sections, and elevations.
  
• Review, interpret, and update existing architectural floor plans and construction documents.
  
• Collaborate with the design team on concept development and spatial planning.
  
• Support administrative and studio tasks related to ongoing projects.
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recent graduate of a diploma or degree in Architecture, Building, or a related field.
  
• Proficient in basic architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit (knowledge of SketchUp or Photoshop is a plus).
  
• Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural floor plans and technical drawings.
  
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
