Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks an Architectural Site Supervisor to join on-site full-time for ongoing HDB BTO projects. You will be the daily link between sub-contractors and the internal Architectural Coordinators, responsible for trade inspections, quality control, and ensuring progress aligns with approved drawings.

Reading shop drawings, cross-checking against site conditions, and maintaining detailed site logs are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of site supervisor/architectural supervisor experience in Singapore.
• HDB BTO project experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in reading architectural shop drawings, details, and construction specifications.
• Clear communication to manage sub-contractors and liaise with site coordinators.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an Architectural Site Supervisor to join our team for ongoing and upcoming HDB BTO projects. In this role, you will be based full-time on-site, serving as the daily link between our sub-contractors and the internal Architectural Coordinator team. You will be responsible for trade inspections, quality control, and ensuring site progress moves according to approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily trade inspections for architectural works (e.g., plastering, tiling, ceiling, doors/windows, waterproofing, and architectural finishes) to ensure compliance with HDB standards and project specifications.

Act as the direct liaison between sub-contractors and internal Architectural Coordinators to solve practical site issues quickly and effectively.

Read, interpret, and cross-check architectural shop drawings against physical site conditions to catch potential clashes or discrepancies early on.

Identify site defects, track Rectification Work Orders (RWOs), and follow up with sub-contractors to ensure timely rectifications prior to official inspections.

Monitor sub-contractors daily to maintain quality workmanship and stay on schedule.

Maintain daily site logs, compile photo documentation of site progress, and report findings to the Architectural Coordinator / Project Manager.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor / Architectural Supervisor in the Singapore construction industry. HDB BTO project experience is strongly preferred.

Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural shop drawings, detail drawings, and construction specifications.

Clear communication skills to manage sub-contractors and liaise effectively with site coordinators.
