Job summary

BHCC Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Architectural Site Supervisor to coordinate architectural works on on-site projects. You will study drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure works meet drawings and specifications.

The role requires a degree in architecture and at least 5 years in main-con, preferably with HDB project experience, along with strong communication and on-site problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in main-con, preferably in HDB project.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site.
• Attend technical meetings/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical/site issues.
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to architectural works.
• Review tender clarifications and construction drawings.
• Manage the project's drawing schedule to ensure timely issuance of drawings for construction.
• Address and resolve technical issues raised by construction and consultant teams.
• Carry out inspection/trade demos/material testing/mock-ups.
• Check and ensure compliance with TOP checklist and RI (Arch).
• Ensure work activities are carried out in a safe working environment.
