Job summary

THONG HUAT BROTHERS (PTE) LIMITED is recruiting an Architectural Coordinator to plan and coordinate site works for large residential projects. You will liaise with subcontractors, consultants and RTOs to ensure drawings, shop drawings and requirements are met on schedule.

The role requires reading architectural drawings, strong coordination and communication, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced construction site environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination or site works.
• Experience with HDB BTO, public housing or large-scale residential projects is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication with consultants and contractors.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced construction site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement architectural site works with subcontractors.
• Review shop drawings and ensure documents for approvals.
• Coordinate with Resident Technical Officers and other stakeholders.
• Attend inspections and project coordination meetings.
• Monitor on-site compliance with drawings, specs and safety.
• Maintain updated drawings and submission tracking.
• Assist in reviewing drawings and coordinating revisions.
• Support project team to ensure on-time delivery.
