Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead design management for the future Terminal 5 building at the Changi East Project Office.

You will oversee design deliverables, tender processes, and construction administration to ensure quality, safety, schedule and budget compliance, working with consultants, contractors and stakeholders.

This is a 3-year contract with renewal potential, based at Changi East, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture and/or Interior Architecture.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in large-scale aviation infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proven design and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design management and coordination of design deliverables by consultants.
• Prepare tender documents, project specifications and tender evaluation.
• Oversee construction management to ensure works meet design intent, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate project documentation and close-out for handover and post-handover support.
