Job summary

CONSORTIUM 168 ARCHITECTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Architect to lead project delivery, supervising project teams through all stages and ensuring alignment with client expectations and budgets.

You will handle design development, integrate codes and authority submissions, and manage contract administration and site operations, with a strong emphasis on local building rules. A minimum 3 years of relevant experience and Singaporean/Singapore PR status are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of local building rules and regulations.
• Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate projects and project teams through all stages.
• Manage project costs and schedules.
• Contribute to design development.
• Ensure codes, authority submissions, and consultations are incorporated.
